Description de la mission
- Conformity of train components and parts in kits
- Decrease the quantity of non-conformity
- Inspecting 100% of the production before delivery
- isolation of non-compliant parts to ensure delivery of products that meet quality and technical requirements
- The results of the inspection are recorded and communicated
- all parts controlled in a quality wall should be marked and visible to confirm the check done
- the inspector will be in charge to animate the results in according with the indicators defined.
- He/she will be able to explain the situation, to show a Pareto graph and to demonstrate the trend. The inspector will work with the supplier who will implement the actions to improve the trend and achieve the target.
