Training QRQC - 2nd day : PDCA FTA

The name is known, but not necessarily the exact content. This training aims to give a detailed and precise vision of the PDCA FTA, with a major focus on the FTA, Factors Tree Analysis. Combined with the "5 Whys", this tool makes it possible to find the root causes of problems in a logical and structured way by comparing the data on good and bad parts against the expected standard. The training lasts 3 days and is mixing theory and practical exercises. However, adaptations can be made in terms of duration, content, agenda, online or not, to meet the needs of the beneficiaries of the training. Target audience and pre-requisites
The targeted audience is not restricted. The training can be held by "technicians" like Quality Managers / Directors, who are dealing with technical problems solving. However, as QRQC relies first of all on an attitude, it is opened to any manager or technician, willing to know more about the principles and process of QRQC.
For this reason, there is no pre-requisite required.

Methods of trainings & evaluation
- Pedagogy mixing theory and practice
- Use of operational examples and videos
- Implementation on 1 concrete case treated in small groups
- Interns can bring cases for exchange and analysis
- Exchanges: questions and answers, sharing of experiences between trainees
- Groups do not exceed 12 people
- Training in inter-company or intra-company
- Trainees receive a QRQC briefcase containing the books and all the training materials
